About me

I studied physics in Spain. In the last two years of my degree I started to be interested in atmospheric topics, such as meteorology, atmospheric thermodynamics and dynamics and atmospheric optics. In addition, that last year I was captivated by other subjects such as remote sensing  and  radiant systems.

Although my first steps into my professional career were directed to become a meteorologist, after a year I fell in a remote sensing research group. My work was and currently is focus on developing atmospheric corrections algorithms  to correct sensor images (on board airborne or satellite platforms) from the atmospheric effects.

One of the things I like most from remote sensing is the number of different disciplines that encompasses, from physicists, mathematics and electronic and software engineerings to biologists, geologists or geographers  all of them working together trying to understand nature a little bit better…
